In 2014 Venezuela did not participate in the Venice Architecture Biennale. But don’t be fooled by the beauty of the poster, as Venezuela is considered the most corrupt country in Latin America, the money to participate in the biennial was simply stolen by the corrupt authorities from the actual dictatorship government, just as other billions of dollars have disappeared.
